The Ultimate Work Out Programme Experience: The Challenge

Suddenly, quite randomly as a matter of fact lately I've just started thinking of living a healthy lifestyle like doing reasonable amount of exercise, eating a balanced set of vegetables and fruits a day and generally just taking care of my physical self more than ever. My motivation to go to the gym comes and goes over the years. In fact I've thought about getting rid of that flab under my belly in exchange for those six hot buns of steel many  Jurassic years ago and many times over for that matter. I'd go to the gym maybe for one or two months and then on the third month (or earlier) I'd lose the routine. I diagnosed clearly the reason behind this for a long time. I found out that the issue with me is maintaining the inspiration for me to keep going and committing to the plan. I always seem to lose it somewhere down the line. Especially when following a strict diet programme. 

However, as I look much deeper on the issue I have come to realise it was something much more basic. I always failed in maintaining and continuing the routine because I never really had an actual plan to follow through. I was going to the gym and I had no idea what muscles I need to be training or how to actually train them. So I have decided maybe this time if I wrote down a step by step with time frame plan what I actually need to do or eat then presumably I stand more of a chance of attaining my goal of eating clean and training mean lifestyle. There would only then be the challenge of keeping up my motivation level and pushing myself to the limits for me to contend with then. Without further ado, from this day forth I am on life-long challenge of keeping myself in shape and eating healthily. Wish me luck. I'm going to need a lot of it.
